| Sandy is a 1957 graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. He was a Certified Public Accountant in the States of Ohio and Michigan and spent eight years in public accounting in Detroit, New York and Columbus with various accounting firms including one of the "big eight" firms. Sandy is considered an expert in the field of HUD insured and assisted housing projects, both from a development and operational viewpoint. He is and has been a member of several committees on the national level of the National Associations of Home Builders and the National Apartment Association, and has served as a consultant for assisted housing programs to many public and private nonprofit groups. Mr Goldston is a member of the National Leased Housing Association, the National Apartment Association and past President of the Columbus Apartment Association. He has been awarded the Sidney Spector Memorial Award by The National Council on the Aging (NCOA) and the National Institute of Senior Housing (NISH) for exemplary service and dedication to the field of Housing for the Elderly. |

After serving as Principal of Feusse Advisors LLC, a firm that supports and advises small and middle market companies, in a variety of industries, in the areas of general management, finance and strategy, Tom assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer of Wallick on July 1, 2006. Tom served as Senior Vice President for The Scotts Company from 1998 to 2004. Most recently he was responsible for managing a portfolio of ten businesses that included emerging consumer categories (Pottery, Branded Plants, Naturals), professional businesses (Horticulture, Seed, Biotech), retail channels (Hardware/Garden Centers and Grocery) and geographies (Canada, Latin America). From 1998 to 2002 Tom led Scotts’ Growing Media Business Unit, a $300 million branded soils business with full responsibility for marketing, sales, manufacturing and finance, including 25 production facilities and over 1,000 associates. In 2001-2002, Tom also managed the company’s largest business, Consumer Lawns, at which time he had combined responsibility for approximately $1 billion in revenue. After joining Scotts in 1989 Tom served in various financial management capacities including Corporate Controller from 1992 to 1996 and the CFO of the Consumer Lawns Business Unit from 1996 to 1998. For the four-year period before joining Scotts, Tom was the Corporate Controller of Hyponex Corporation, a $125 million NASDAQ company that produced soil and mulch products (acquired by Scotts in 1988). Prior to that he worked for five years in public accounting, for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young. Tom completed his post-graduate work at the Kellogg Graduate School, Northwestern University where he graduated from the Kellogg Management Institute, a one-year abbreviated MBA program. He received a traditional MBA from Otterbein College and his undergraduate degree in accounting from Central Michigan University. Tom is also a Certified Public Accountant. Tom serves on the Board of Directors of Kellogg Garden Supply, Inc., on the President’s Advisory Council for Excellence at Huntington University, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and formerly served on the Board of Directors of the Scotts Miracle-Gro Foundation. |

| Todd is a 1984 graduate of ITT Technical Institute/Columbus Business University in Columbus, Ohio with Degrees in Electronic Information Systems and Business Management. He joined The Wallick Companies in May of 1984 and presently serves as Vice President responsible for oversight of the Information Management Group. His duties include oversight of all data and communication systems. Todd also supervises all in-house software development, in-house and third party software implementation and operations, technical assistance, end user training, as well as day-to-day operations. |
