Bob Daines

Bob attended The Ohio State University and received his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in 1980 studying Finance and Real Estate. He has over twenty-five years experience in the operation of apartment communities. He currently oversees all multi-family operations including LIHTC, conventional and subsidized for the company. He is an executive member of the National Affordable Housing Management Association and holds the Housing Credit Certified Professional designation. He has served as Trustee on the Board of Directors of the Columbus Apartment Association, holds an Ohio Real Estate Brokers License and is the organizations 504 coordinator.

Bob joined the Wallick organization in October of 1981.

Joe Gulling

Joe attended The Ohio State University and received his Bachelor Degree in 1979 and joined the Wallick organization in 1986. His is responsible for all aspects of Wallick Senior Housing, LLC, a division of Wallick Properties Midwest, LLC, and a large portfolio of LIHTC, Section 8, 236 and Rural Development properties. The Senior Housing division consists of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Long Term Care Facilities. His responsibilities include policies and procedures, budgets, supervision of operations, capital expenditures, supervision of corporate support staff, marketing, planning and development of future communities.

Joe previously held the position of Chairman of the Board of the Ohio Assisted Living Association and is currently a Trustee and a member of the Leadership Council. Wallick Properties, Inc. was a founding member of the Ohio Assisted Living Association. Mr. Gulling also holds a Real Estate License in the State of Ohio.

 

Brian Junkins

Mr. Junkins attended the University of Toledo. He has an extensive background in all aspects of construction and facility maintenance.

Mr. Junkins has over twenty years experience in the property management field. He has supervised the opening of numerous Tax Credit and Conventional Communities and specializes in the management of scattered site and single family rentals.

 

Troy Rambo

Mr. Rambo is a 1992 graduate of Capital University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Ohio and was an audit manager of an international firm with a concentration in multifamily housing, construction and property development prior to joining the Company.

Mr. Rambo joined the organization in 1999.
