Tom Feusse is Chief Executive Officer and co-owner of Wallick. He joined the company in June 2006 after serving as a consultant with the company for a year. He concentrates on: defining the firm's strategy, building the leadership team, focusing the organization on being customer service centric, and developing growth opportunities.

Before joining Wallick, he ran Feusse Advisors LLC and served on the faculty of Ohio Wesleyan University. His other professional experience includes 15 years with The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company where he served in a variety of positions, including Senior Vice President. His accomplishments there included managing the company's largest business with $1 billion in revenue as well as overseeing a different business with 25 production facilities and 1,000 associates. Feusse was the Corporate Controller of Hyponex Corporation and he began his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

A Certified Public Accountant, he earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Central Michigan University (Go Chips!) and his MBA from Otterbein College. Feusse also has completed postgraduate work at the Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University, Chicago.

Active in his profession and community, Feusse serves on the Board of Directors of the Ohio Housing Council and Kellogg Garden Supply Inc., on Huntington University's President's Advisory Council for Excellence, and others. He regularly volunteers to help build homes for impoverished families in Mexico. A resident of Dublin, he spends time with his family, his church and works on his tennis game when not at the office.
