Today, Wallick specializes in affordable multi-family housing in the Midwest aregion of the U.S.

The Wallick Companies currently manages nearly 14,000 residential units in over 200 communities in nine Midwestern states. The Wallick Companies has completed more than 360 developments valued at over one billion dollars in 19 different states; and developed over 7,000 apartments. Having earned a reputation for superior performance and dedication to quality, Wallick contruction has consistently ranked among the nation's top 400 builders.
