Joseph Gulling

Senior Vice President

Joe Gulling is Senior Vice President at Wallick. He is responsible for the company's senior housing properties, as well as a portion of its portfolio of affordable housing, which includes Section 8, LIHTC and student homes. Gulling has been with Wallick since October 1986, having served in several positions including Food Service Director, Regional Supervisor, Assistant Vice President and Vice President. He previously worked as a Chef Manager at a local restaurant.

Gulling earned his bachelor's of arts degree from The Ohio State University. He also has completed postgraduate coursework from Darden at the University of Virginia.

A licensed real estate agent, Gulling is active in several professional associations, including the Assisted Living Federation of America and the Ohio Assisted Living Association, where he has served as a trustee, member of its leadership council and chairman.

He is active in his church and neighborhood association. Gulling is a former president of the Reynoldsburg Soccer Association, and when not at work he enjoys spending time with his family, as well as sports and landscaping.
