Terry Earhart is Vice President of Wallick-Hendy Properties, overseeing the firm's asset management functions. This includes improving operations and efficiencies, overseeing non-performing properties and long term planning. He joined Wallick in March 2008 as Vice President of Wallick Properties.
Earhart's previous positions include serving as Investment Manager at Pinnacle-AMS, Senior Asset Manager at Paramount Financial Group, Director of Housing at National Church Residences and Director of Internal Auditing at Associated Estates Corporation.
He earned his bachelor's in business administration degree from Wright State University with dual majors in accounting and finance. Earhart has earned his Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation and is completing his Certified Housing Asset Manager certification through the Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing. He served in the United States Air Force for six years.
Earhart is active in his community, serving as first vice commander of American Legion #283 and on its Honor Guard for the past five years. He has chaperoned the Pickerington High School North Ski Club for the past six years and is a member of the PHSN football chain gang. When not at work he likes to cook, ski, boat and bike.
