Senior Vice President

Rowe Shockley is Wallick-Hendy Properties' Senior Vice President of Affordable Housing. He joined the company in March 2009. In this position, Shockley oversees the management of the firm's affordable housing portfolio.

Previously, he served as Senior Vice President for Edgewood Management Corporation, and Vice President at AIMCO and Insignia Management Group, working in more 30 states managing a portfolio in excess of 28,000 units.

Shockley attended the University of Florida's College of Business Administration. He also has earned his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and his Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) Executive Level certification from the Housing Credit Certification Board.

A past president of the Triad Apartment Association and the Midwest Assisted Housing Management Association, and a member of IREM, Shockley is active in his profession.

A resident of Westerville, he enjoys biking, golfing, music and art when not at the office.
