Phil Brown

Senior Vice President

Phil Brown is Senior Vice President of Wallick-Hendy Development where he oversees the firm's real estate development and acquisition activities. He joined the firm in July 2007.

Brown has held similar positions at Columbus Housing Partnership, Concorde Capital and Westward Partners, LLC. He has experience developing affordable housing throughout the Midwest and West using a variety of financing techniques. Brown has completed transactions of more than $100 million in tax-exempt bond financing and over $70 million in equity placements.

Brown earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Toledo and attended the city and regional planning master's program at The Ohio State University. He also has completed postgraduate work at the Kellogg Management Institute at Northwestern University, Chicago.

Active in his profession, he is a member of the Ohio Housing Council and serves on its legislative committee. Brown enjoys outdoor activities and sports, including camping, when not at work.
