President

Bob Daines is President of Wallick-Hendy Properties. He joined the company in 1981 and currently oversees all of the firm's property management operations, a portfolio that includes low-income housing tax credit, conventional and HUD-supported housing. Daines has more than 25 years experience in operating apartment communities.

He earned his bachelor's of business administration degree from The Ohio State University, in the areas of finance and real estate. Daines also graduated from the Kellogg Management Institute at Northwestern University. He is a licensed real estate broker in Ohio and holds a Housing Credit Certified Professional — HCCP — designation.

Active in his profession, Daines is a former board trustee for the Columbus Apartment Association. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Midwest Affordable Housing Management Association — MAHMA; and is an executive member of the National Affordable Housing Management Association.

A Westerville resident, he and his wife enjoy traveling when not at the office.
