Outstanding TRACS Voucher Processing Award

Congratulations to Andrea Johnson! Andrea was presented with the “Outstanding TRACS Voucher Processing” award on May 21st in Louisville, Kentucky at the Housing Management Conference. The award was given by the Kentucky Housing Corporation and HUD jointly for her work with the TRACS system.

Tenant Rental Assistance Certification System (TRACS) was developed by HUD to help improve financial controls over assisted housing programs. One of the primary functions of Andrea’s job is to make sure that tenant information is entered on time and correctly into the TRACS system. All tenant data collected and stored in the TRACS system undergoes rigorous edits to ensure accuracy and compliance with eligibility rules.
