New Senior Executive Director Appointed at Eaglewood Village

Wallick announced on October 16, the appointment of Stephanie Hess as Senior Executive Director of Eaglewood Village in Springfield. In this role, she will oversee Eaglewood Village, which includes Eaglewood Care Center, a skilled nursing facility, and Eaglewood Seniors Community, an assisted living facility.

“My goal at Eaglewood is to continue and expand our tradition of caring for our residents, focused on each person individually. My vision extends to our staff and supporting them in their work with residents,” Hess said.
 
Hess has two decades of experience as a nursing home administrator. Prior to joining Wallick she was a consultant for Morrison Health Care, working in a variety of skilled nursing homes as an Administrator in Ohio. Her other professional experience includes serving as Operations Director and Administrator of DuBois Village Assisted Living Community in DuBois, PA; as Administrator of Arcadia Acres in Logan, OH; and Administrator at Integrated Health Services in Columbus. She earned her bachelor’s degree in long-term care administration and her master’s degree in health administration from Ohio University.
