Wallick Announces New Senior Vice President of Affordable Housing

COLUMBUS, OHIO (April 8, 2009) – Wallick today announced the appointment of Rowe Shockley, CPM, HCCP, as Senior Vice President, Affordable Housing at Wallick-Hendy Properties. In this position, Shockley will oversee the fiscal and physical management of the firm’s multifamily affordable portfolio. 

"Rowe will also play an integral role in monitoring and enhancing policies, procedures, and overall customer service at our affordable housing properties. He brings a wealth of experience to our team," said Wallick-Hendy Properties President Robert Daines.

Shockley has worked in the property management industry for more than 25 years. Before joining Wallick, he was Senior Vice President for Edgewood Management Corporation. Shockley also has held senior management positions at AIMCO and Insignia. He is a past president of both the Triad Apartment Association as well as the Midwest Assisted Housing Management Association.
