Construction Services – When we manage your project construction, it’s our job to deliver a high-quality product that meets or exceeds all structural and safety code requirements, on time and on budget.   • Experienced Subcontractors – We only employ seasoned subcontractors with properly trained personnel, experienced in your type of project.
  • Simple Work Schedules – By reducing work schedules to their simplest form – units per day – all subs understand that they must complete a certain number of units per day. They know that they will follow, and be followed by, a certain trade, and therefore must complete their work on time.
  • Prototype Units – At the earliest possible time, the first units of each floor plan are built, and all subcontractor trades mark out and discuss the specifics of how and where they will install their equipment. Owners and property managers also walk through at this point. Resolving conflicts and making any necessary changes at this early stage is paramount to preventing costly delays later.
