| The organization works with about 90 employers and helps more than 400 people find jobs each year. According to the organization, 80% of Cincinnati Works’ members retain continuous employment over one year, compared with the national average of 25% for similar programs. |

| based in Columbus, helps people obtain, retain or upgrade employment and helps employers gain and maintain a qualified workforce. COWIC offers one year of ongoing mentoring assistance. | ![]() |

| The employment partnership initiative stems from Wallick’s new non-profit organization — Resident Resources Network, Inc. (RRN) — created last year to oversee the resident services programs at Wallick communities. |
