Continuing to solidify the firm's leadership position as the state's largest owner and manager of affordable housing, Rowe Shockley, CPM, HCCP, has joined Wallick as Senior Vice President, Affordable Housing at Wallick-Hendy Properties. In this position, he will oversee the fiscal and physical management of the firm's multifamily affordable portfolio.
Shockley has worked in the property management industry for more than 25 years. Before joining Wallick, he was Senior Vice President for Edgewood Management Corporation. Shockley also has held senior management positions at AIMCO and Insigna. He is a past president of both the Triad Apartment Association as well as the Midwest Assisted Housing Management Association.
"Rowe will also play an integral role in monitoring and enhancing policies, procedures, and overall customer service at our affordable housing properties. He brings a wealth of experience to our team," said Wallick-Hendy Properties President Robert Daines.
